The hot‑rolled plate 20‑2000 rotary fine leveler is an advanced heavy‑duty straightening machine featuring a rotary (angle‑adjustable) roll design for precision finish leveling of 20mm‑thick, 2000mm‑wide hot‑rolled steel plates. It is the final flattening stage in Cut To Length Line, Coil Cutting Machine and coil slitting line processing ultra‑thick hot‑rolled coils for pressure vessels, heavy machinery and offshore structures. The unique rotary roll mechanism allows the work roll cluster to tilt at an adjustable angle, enabling targeted correction of edge wave, center buckle and complex distortion patterns that conventional Levelers cannot resolve. Rubber Sleeve on transfer rollers protects plate surfaces. After fine leveling, plates achieve near‑zero flatness tolerance before entering Longitudinal Shear with slitting knife blade for precision strip cutting. Hydraulic roll positioning with closed‑loop feedback maintains consistent leveling quality across the entire plate. The unit integrates with cut to length line and coil Slitting Line control systems for fully automated operation. Suitable for heavy plate service centers, pressure vessel manufacturers and offshore engineering companies. Standard capacity: thickness up to 20mm, width up to 2000mm. Work rolls are forged from high‑chromium alloy steel and precision‑ground. Every machine undergoes rigorous testing with actual thick hot‑rolled plates. We provide worldwide installation, commissioning and training. Spare slitting knife blade and Rubber Sleeve are available. Paired with Coil Cutting Machine and Longitudinal Shear, this rotary straightening machine delivers premium flatness for the most demanding thick plate applications.
