The high‑strength plate leveler Model II is an upgraded heavy‑duty straightening machine featuring enhanced roll arrangement and higher rolling force for extra‑thick high‑tensile steel plate leveling. It is designed for Cut To Length Line, Coil Cutting Machine and coil slitting line that process quenched and tempered steel, wear plate and high‑yield structural steel. Compared with standard models, this version adopts a six‑high or seven‑high roll configuration with intermediate rolls, achieving better flatness on thick high‑strength plates while reducing work roll deflection. Rubber Sleeve on entry/exit tables prevents surface abrasion. After leveling, plates can proceed to Longitudinal Shear where precision slitting knife blade divides them into required strip widths. The machine is equipped with a hydraulic automatic gauge control system for real‑time roll gap adjustment. It communicates seamlessly with cut to length line and coil Slitting Line master PLC. Heavy cast iron frame absorbs vibration and maintains precision under maximum load. Ideal for heavy steel fabricators, bridge builders and mining equipment manufacturers. Thickness capacity up to 25mm, width up to 3000mm available on request. Every unit is tested with actual high‑strength plate samples before shipment. Our service team offers commissioning, training and ongoing technical support worldwide. Replacement slitting knife blade and Rubber Sleeve are available as maintenance kits.
