Product Description

Our galvanized sheet leveling machine is a specialized straightening machine engineered for flattening galvanized and galvalume coils without damaging the protective zinc coating. It is a critical flattening station in Cut To Length Line, Coil Cutting Machine and coil slitting line for roofing, HVAC and appliance material processing. The machine uses polished chrome‑plated work rolls combined with Rubber Sleeve on idle rollers to ensure zero scratching on zinc surfaces during leveling. Before Longitudinal Shear, galvanized strips pass through this straightening machine to remove coil set and edge wave, so that slitting knife blade can produce clean, burr‑free strip edges. The roll gap is motor‑adjustable with digital readout for quick changeover between different gauges. Integrated with cut to length line and coil Slitting Line PLC system, it synchronizes feeding speed automatically. Heavy welded steel frame provides rigidity for stable long‑hour operation. Optional tension leveling module further improves flatness for ultra‑thin galvanized sheets. Suitable for galvanized coil distributors, roofing sheet factories and HVAC duct manufacturers. Customizable width from 1000mm to 2000mm and thickness from 0.3mm to 3.0mm. All machines are factory‑tested with actual galvanized coils before delivery. We supply spare slitting knife blade and Rubber Sleeve as routine maintenance parts. When connected to Coil Cutting Machine and Longitudinal Shear, the complete line delivers high‑quality galvanized sheets ready for end use. Our after‑sales team offers remote diagnostics and on‑site repair globally.
