The precision thin sheet leveling machine is a high‑accuracy straightening machine dedicated to flattening thin‑gauge metal coils, widely deployed in Cut To Length Line, Coil Cutting Machine and coil slitting line for surface‑sensitive materials. Featuring closely arranged small‑diameter work rolls and backup roll structure, it delivers superior flatness for aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized and cold‑rolled strips prior to Longitudinal Shear processing. Matched with slitting knife blade, the flat incoming material ensures burr‑free slit edges and consistent strip width. Rubber Sleeve installed on entry and exit rollers prevents surface marks on polished or coated sheets. This straightening machine integrates seamlessly with cut to length line and coil Slitting Line control systems, allowing synchronized speed adjustment. Hydraulic roll‑down mechanism provides precise pressure control for different material thicknesses. The machine is equipped with a user‑friendly HMI for setting leveling parameters, storing recipes and monitoring production status. Heavy‑duty cast frame minimizes vibration during high‑speed operation. Ideal for metal service centers, appliance panel manufacturers and automotive trim suppliers.
