Our high‑strength steel straightening machine is a robust straightening machine engineered specifically for correcting distortion in high‑tensile and ultra‑high‑strength steel plates. It is an essential processing unit in Cut To Length Line, Coil Cutting Machine and coil slitting line handling advanced high‑strength steel (AHSS), martensitic steel and boron steel for automotive and structural applications. The machine uses a multi‑roll staggered arrangement with hardened alloy work rolls to apply sufficient bending force to relieve internal stress in high‑strength materials. Rubber Sleeve on auxiliary rollers protects plate surfaces from impact marks. Before Longitudinal Shear, plates pass through this straightening machine to achieve flatness within tight tolerances, enabling slitting knife blade to produce dimensionally accurate strips. Hydraulic roll adjustment with closed‑loop control ensures consistent leveling quality. The unit integrates with cut to length line and coil Slitting Line control architecture for full automation. Suitable for automotive steel suppliers, high‑rise structural fabricators and defense equipment manufacturers. Customizable thickness range from 2mm to 16mm and width up to 2000mm. All rollers are precision‑ground and heat‑treated for durability. Factory acceptance testing includes flatness measurement on actual high‑strength steel samples. We provide worldwide installation, training and after‑sales support. Spare Parts including slitting knife blade and Rubber Sleeve are readily available.
