The six‑high aluminum plate straightener is a precision straightening machine featuring a six‑high roll configuration (work rolls, intermediate rolls and backup rolls) specifically designed for flattening aluminum and aluminum alloy plates with minimal surface marking. It is the preferred leveling solution in Cut To Length Line, Coil Cutting Machine and coil slitting line processing 1xxx to 7xxx series aluminum coils. The small‑diameter work rolls with intermediate roll support achieve excellent flatness on thin and medium‑gauge aluminum while keeping rolling force uniform across the full width. Rubber Sleeve on all contact rollers ensures the soft aluminum surface remains scratch‑free. Prior to Longitudinal Shear, aluminum strips are leveled to eliminate coil set and edge wave, so that slitting knife blade produces clean edges without burrs or camber. The machine includes an automatic roll gap positioning system and recipe storage for different aluminum alloys. It synchronizes with cut to length line and coil Slitting Line via PLC communication. Suitable for aluminum coil service centers, automotive body panel suppliers and electronics enclosure manufacturers. Customizable width up to 2200mm and thickness from 0.2mm to 6.0mm. Work rolls are precision‑ground and polished to mirror finish. Every machine is tested with actual aluminum coils before delivery. We offer global installation guidance and operator training. Spare slitting knife blade and Rubber Sleeve are available as consumable parts. Paired with Coil Cutting Machine and Longitudinal Shear, this six‑high straightening machine delivers aerospace‑grade flatness for aluminum processing lines.
