The high‑strength plate leveling machine is a heavy‑duty straightening machine purpose‑built for flattening high‑tensile steel plates used in construction machinery, shipbuilding and structural fabrication. It serves as the core flattening unit in Cut To Length Line, Coil Cutting Machine and coil slitting line processing high‑yield‑strength materials. Featuring large‑diameter hardened work rolls and a reinforced welded frame, this machine withstands the high rolling force required to level HSLA and wear‑resistant steel plates. Rubber Sleeve on conveyor rollers protects plate surfaces during transfer. Before Longitudinal Shear, high‑strength strips are leveled to eliminate residual stress and distortion, ensuring slitting knife blade cuts straight and accurate strips. Hydraulic screw‑down system with position feedback delivers precise roll gap control for varying material yield strengths. The machine integrates with cut to length line and coil Slitting Line automation for synchronized operation. Suitable for steel service centers, heavy machinery manufacturers and shipyards. Customizable plate thickness up to 20mm and width up to 2500mm. All key components are heat‑treated for extended service life under heavy load. Each machine undergoes rigorous load testing with high‑strength steel samples before delivery. We provide global installation supervision and operator training. Spare slitting knife blade and Rubber Sleeve are stocked for fast replacement. When paired with Coil Cutting Machine and Longitudinal Shear modules, this straightening machine enables efficient processing of high‑strength coils into finished plates and strips.
