After leveling work, strips go through Longitudinal Shear finished by sharp slitting knife blade, and then get cross‑cut by Coil Cutting Machine into finished sheets. These finished sheets are transported onto this drop machine. The Rubber Sleeve installed on conveying rollers offers soft contact, effectively avoiding scratches, indentations and abrasion on aluminum, galvanized, carbon steel and stainless‑steel plate surfaces. Equipped with servo‑driven transmission structure, it can synchronize feeding speed with upstream cut to length line and coil slitting line.
