Product Description

Hydraulic lifting material receiver is key receiving auxiliary device for Cut To Length Line, Coil Cutting Machine and coil slitting line, matched for sheet collection after straightening, Longitudinal Shear and cutting operations. Equipped with straightening machine, slitting knife blade and Rubber Sleeve, this hydraulic unit is arranged at discharging position of coil Slitting Line and cut to length line. After strips are leveled by straightening machine and processed with Longitudinal Shear by slitting knife blade, cut sheets fall onto this hydraulic lifting platform. Rubber Sleeve fitted on the support surface prevents plate scratching and collision damage. The hydraulic system automatically adjusts platform height following stacking thickness, keeping proper receiving height for sheets coming out from Coil Cutting Machine. It greatly reduces manual labor and improves stacking neatness. Stable hydraulic drive guarantees smooth lifting without shaking. This receiver adapts for carbon steel, aluminum and galvanized sheets of different thickness. Over‑travel protection is built‑in for safety operation. It can be configured for semi‑automatic or fully‑automatic cut to length line and coil slitting line production lines. We offer custom platform dimension and load capacity.
