Product Description

The standard metal sheet stacker acts as the final stacking equipment for Cut To Length Line, Coil Cutting Machine and coil slitting line, handling automatic stacking for sheets after straightening, Longitudinal Shear and cutting. Working together with straightening machine, slitting knife blade and Rubber Sleeve, it is widely installed at the outlet of coil Slitting Line and cut to length line. After metal strips are flattened by straightening machine and cut by slitting knife blade in Longitudinal Shear procedure, finished sheets enter this stacker. Rubber Sleeve on conveying rollers lessens contact pressure and avoids indentation on thin metal sheets. This stacker works cooperatively with Coil Cutting Machine to realize continuous automatic production without manual sheet collection. It supports variable sheet sizes for carbon steel, aluminum and galvanized plates. The heavy‑duty welded structure keeps stable performance under long‑hour running. It comes with sheet counting function and height limit protection. This machine can be independently deployed or integrated within full‑set cut to length line and coil slitting line projects. It is well‑received by metal processing, construction and home‑appliance manufacturers. Custom stacking height and width options are available.
