Our general metal sheet drop feeder is an essential rear‑end receiving device for Cut To Length Line, Coil Cutting Machine and coil slitting line, used for collecting finished sheets after Longitudinal Shear cutting and straightening processing. Cooperating with straightening machine, slitting knife blade and Rubber Sleeve, it completes sheet stacking after upstream cutting work. In the full‑set coil Slitting Line workflow, metal coils are unwound, leveled by straightening machine, then processed with Longitudinal Shear by sharp slitting knife blade. After being treated by Coil Cutting Machine, finished sheets are transferred to this drop feeder for orderly stacking. Rubber Sleeve fitted on conveying rollers protects sheet surface from friction scratches during high‑speed transfer. This drop feeder can match different speed grades of cut to length line and coil slitting line. It supports carbon steel, aluminum, galvanized sheet and other metal materials. The mechanical‑electrical integrated control system realizes automatic sheet counting and stacking. Heavy‑duty frame guarantees long‑time non‑stop operation. Multiple safety interlock mechanisms reduce breakdown risks during continuous production. This unit is popular for metal component factories, construction material plants and home‑appliance panel manufacturers.
