The 1‑3‑1500 pendulum drop feeding machine serves as the final discharging station for Cut To Length Line, Coil Cutting Machine and coil slitting line, undertaking sheet collecting work after straightening, Longitudinal Shear and cutting processes. When matched with straightening machine, slitting knife blade and Rubber Sleeve, this equipment precisely receives finished metal sheets processed by upstream coil Slitting Line or cut to length line. After strips are leveled by straightening machine and cut via high‑precision slitting knife blade under Longitudinal Shear procedure, sheets are sent to this pendulum drop unit. Its pendulum swing structure realizes soft material dropping, effectively avoiding scratching for aluminum, galvanized and carbon steel plates. The matched Rubber Sleeve on transfer rollers buffers sheet impact and prevents surface abrasion. This machine seamlessly connects with Coil Cutting Machine and the whole coil slitting line system. Adjustable swing amplitude and dropping speed adapt for 1‑3mm thickness, within 1500mm width sheets. Stable mechanical structure ensures continuous high‑speed running for mass production. Safety sensors are fitted to detect sheet position and prevent stacking faults. Widely used in metal panel manufacturing, hardware processing and building material factories. It can be supplied independently or integrated into full turn‑key cut to length line and coil slitting line solutions.
