Our polyurethane Rubber Sleeve is an essential accessory for cut to length line and Coil Cutting Machine, widely installed on coil Slitting Line, straightening machine and Longitudinal Shear equipment. This high-performance rubber sleeve is made of imported polyurethane material, featuring high friction coefficient, excellent wear resistance, oil resistance and anti-aging performance. When matched with slitting knife blade, it helps realize smooth material feeding during metal coil processing, preventing scratch and deformation on the surface of stainless steel, galvanized sheet and aluminum coil.

Working Principle & Installation

In coil slitting line and cut to length line systems, the Rubber Sleeve wraps on the roller shaft of Coil Cutting Machine and straightening machine. It holds metal coils tightly and conveys raw materials steadily to the slitting knife blade and Longitudinal Shear station. Unlike ordinary rubber rollers, our polyurethane Rubber Sleeve has stable hardness, not easy to deform under long-time heavy load operation. It can greatly reduce slipping during sheet conveying, improve cutting precision of the whole cut to length line. Our factory supports custom inner diameter, outer diameter, length and hardness for the Rubber Sleeve to match different Coil Cutting Machine and coil slitting line specifications.
