6-1800 Rough Sheet Leveler is used for rough leveling of metal sheets within 6 mm thickness and maximum 1800 mm width. It effectively eliminates warping, wave edges and torsion defects to improve sheet flatness and ensure precision for subsequent processing. Built with a high-strength welded frame and heat-treated leveling rollers, the machine is pressure-resistant and wear-resistant for long-term continuous heavy-duty work.

It features great compatibility with processing lines. It matches Cut To Length Line to pre-level sheets before cutting and connects to coil slitting line to process strips after slitting.
