This dedicated stainless steel cut to length line acts as a high‑precision Coil Cutting Machine for processing stainless steel coils, it can also cooperate with coil slitting line for mixed‑mode production. Equipped with high‑performance straightening machine, the unit effectively eliminates coil curvature, edge wave and internal stress of 201, 304, 316 stainless steel strips, avoiding surface scratches that easily occur during stainless‑material processing. The Rubber Sleeve fitted on feeding and conveying rollers delivers soft contact to protect the bright or mirror‑finished stainless steel surface from abrasion. Even though it is mainly designed for cross‑cutting, this line reserves interface for Longitudinal Shear module. When you need to split wide coils into narrow strips, install matched slitting knife blade to complete longitudinal slitting tasks.

Configuration, Technical Parameters & Automatic Workflow

The whole cut to length line adopts servo‑driven feeding system, high‑speed hydraulic shearing unit and closed‑loop thickness monitoring. All contact rollers touching stainless steel are polished and chrome‑plated. It can handle cold‑rolled stainless coils with thickness from 0.2mm to 6.0mm, width ranging from 600mm to 1600mm. Operators set target sheet length, batch quantity and leveling parameters on HMI touch screen, the system automatically completes uncoiling, straightening, length positioning, cross‑cutting and stacking. When connected with coil Slitting Line, this Coil Cutting Machine realizes flexible switching between slitting and cross‑cutting production modes. The supporting straightening machine uses multi‑roll fine‑leveling structure to guarantee superior flatness of finished sheets.
